What’s included in a sewing kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to create your own plushie:
✔ Randomly selected 100% cotton fabric
✔ Thread & needle
✔ Easy-to-follow instructions

Can I choose the fabric?
No — and that’s part of the magic! Fabrics are randomly selected from our beautiful upcycled collection, making each project one-of-a-kind.
We do not accept returns based on fabric preference.

Where do the materials come from?
We use 100% cotton fabric sourced from reputable Australian partners who specialise in upcycling. All fabric is clean, and comes from smoke-free, pet-free environments.

How do I order?
Browse the site, choose your kit, and add it to your cart. Checkout is quick and secure.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only. It’s safe, simple, and doesn’t require you to share your bank details directly.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
The below details are for within Australia. If you would like to purchase from overseas, please send us an email.

How is my order sent?
Kits are posted twice a week in flat-pack envelopes. You'll receive an email notification when your kit is on its way.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times via Australia Post:

• Metro: 7–10 business days

• Interstate or regional: Up to 15 business days

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a kit if I don’t like the fabric?
Because our fabrics are randomly selected and each kit is sealed, returns based on fabric selection are not accepted once opened.

What if something arrives damaged or missing?
If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily organise a replacement or refund once the original (unopened) kit is returned via Return Post.
